Holly JESSOPP has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2014 and has been practicing equine law on a regular basis since 2016.
After having practiced in several Parisian law firms with a main activity in international commercial litigation, she set up her own business in January 2019 in order to focus her activity on the practice of equine law.
Today, Holly Jessopp is the head of a law firm and a team dedicated exclusively to equine and equine law, representing a clientele composed of owners and investors of sport and galloping horses, creators and managers of equestrian companies, professional riders and breeders.
In addition, Holly Jessopp also supports many service providers in the equine sector, including farriers, veterinarians and transporters, as well as start-ups and creators of collaborative platforms for the needs of the equine sector.
Originally from the UK, Holly JESSOPP is bilingual and works with French and international clients.
Legal Expert
Lorène Chauvelier graduated in 2014 with a Master 2 in Business Law, a university degree from the Institute of Equine Law in 2019 and a Master‘s degree in Advanced Tax Law from the University of Paris Dauphine in 2024.
Today, Lorène is involved in our firm as a lawyer expert in equine, rural, business and tax law.
Thanks to her training and professional experience, Lorène has a unique legal and tax expertise in the equine and agricultural sector. As such, she is recognized as an expert in the creation of group stables and owner approvals with the two parent companies.
Lorène accompanies many professionals in the equestrian sports and horse racing sector as a true partner, ranging from the creation of racing stables and group stables to the structuring and restructuring of equestrian projects.
Its clients include racehorse trainers, breeders, brokers, racehorse and sport horse owners, group stables, professional riders, owners‘ stables and investors. Lorène also advises on pre–litigation and equine and rural litigation before the French courts.
